
Heather has published seven books and more than 100 scientific articles. She has appeared on radio shows, podcasts, and her work has been featured in magazines such as SELF, Real Simple, Women’s World, O the Oprah Magazine, and dozens more, as well as in news publications such as The Time London and the Chicago Tribune.
Even with her extensive education on wellness, Heather’s outlook shifted when her eldest son was diagnosed with Chron’s disease in 2018. She was forced to rediscover what it means to live a healthy, happy life for her family.
